Delivery are free on all orders. Delivery is processed in 5-7business days.

All orders are delivered from Japan. We ship all orders to an address outside of Japan. Please place your order on JP site if your shipping address is Japan.

What courier companies do you use?

We currently use EMS as our premium delivery service.

Can I track my shipment?

Once your merchandise is delivered, it's easy to track your order. Enter the tracking number that was sent to you via email through your local EMS.com. Or you can contact us on 81+03-6455-0419 or email the team on support@hedyjp.com.

Possible Delays

When international orders reach their destination country/region, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

Currently all merchandise are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis and all prices shown without Duty.
As we are unable to advise the amount of the duty may be, all parcels will be marked by $15.
The customs will contact you once your parcel is in customs to let you know the cost. At this time it will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

If you don't choose to pay the import taxes ,the parcel is returnable.

Please contact support@hedyjp.com via email when parcels are subject to customs clearance procedures. Refunds is processed in 7-10 business days once the returns are received with condition confirmed.
